Our Team and DISC Methodology
Our team is comprised of dedicated language teachers, trained in our DISC method of practice. Our teachers bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the classroom. With a shared enthusiasm for language acquisition, by virtue of DISC profiling they create an engaging and fulfilling learning environment for all our students.

Insights and Outcomes
The Rise of the DISC Model in Language Learning
In 2022, after earning my certification in DISC and Driving Forces from Assessment 24X7FR, I significantly enhanced my understanding of human interactions. This led me to tailor my teaching methods more effectively, developing highly personalised and impactful learning environments. I adapted activities to cater to my students' diverse learning styles. For some, I implemented dynamic methods, while for others, I used more structured approaches. This adaptability fostered greater engagement and progress in their language learning.
Convinced by this approach, I joined efforts with my colleagues Floyd and Derek from Cap Langues to develop an innovative method: Applied DISC Language Learning (ADLL).
I took the initiative to test this approach by participating in a group class. Our trainer, an expert from our academy, skillfully adapted each activity and content to precisely meet the needs of the various profiles in the group. ADLL proved to be an inclusive and effective learning method, significantly boosting my level of motivation and making my linguistic progress clearly visible.
This experience confirmed the effectiveness of the ADLL approach, even in a group context, by precisely meeting the specific needs of each participant, while respecting their diverse ways of communicating, learning styles, and motivations.
