Tom, a student with a Dominant (D) DISC profile, found traditional language classes uninspiring and unengaging.  He needed classes that cater to his active and direct learning style, involving challenging hands-on activities.

Recognising Tom's learning needs, his teacher used adapted course materials to emphasize debate, role-playing, and problem-solving tasks that align with his Dominant traits. 

As a result, Tom quickly mastered new language skills through activities that required strategic thinking and practical use. As Tom's engagement increased, she became more confident in using the language both professionally and socially.
